YOU MUST ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

GENERAL

The terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchase orders submitted by the Buyer, and acceptance by the Seller of any order by confirmation or commencement of performance shall be on the basis of these terms and conditions of sale.

ALL PRICES ARE QUOTED BY EMAIL and / or FAX.

PAYMENT

Accepted methods of payment are via Bank Draft, Postal Money Order or Western Union Money Transfer (online transfers not available). 

SHIPPING

All orders are packaged in the best condition and shipped via FEDERAL EXPRESS / UPS.

Delivery times average 3-4 days in the Caribbean and US Regions, and 4-6 days in Canada, UK, S. America & Europe.

RETURN / EXCHANGE

There is a No Refund policy applied to custom-built components.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

All orders from The Buyer are subject to acceptance by The Seller, and The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any orders in whole or in part.

PRICES

Prices quoted or acknowledged by The Seller are firm for the quantities and the shipping schedules set forth in the quotation or order acknowledgement, but are subject to revision if quantities and/or shipping schedules are changed by The Buyer.

TRANSPORTATION

All sales are made F.O.B. shipping point. The Seller’s title passes to The Buyer upon making delivery of purchase made hereunder to carrier at shipping point in good condition. All claims for loss or damage must be filed by The Buyer with the carrier. Unless specific instructions are given by The Buyer and agreed upon by the The Seller, The Seller reserves the right to select carrier and routing.

DELIVERY

Shipping dates are approximate and are based on prompt receipt from The Buyer of payment, and of all necessary information. The Seller reserves the right to make partial shipments.

PAYMENT AND TERMS

The Seller requires full payment in advance, and shall invoice The Buyer accordingly. All invoices are due and payable in advance of shipment being initiated by The Seller. No discounts are allowed.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Seller shall not be liable for any failure or delay or delivery resulting from any cause beyond the reasonable control of The Seller, including by way of illustration and not by way of limitation, compliance by The Seller with any Government or military regulation, or from acts of God, fires, or other casualty or accident, strikes, embargoes, riots or other disorders.

DISPUTES

This Agreement shall in all respects be governed by the laws of Barbados.

Disputes between the parties shall be settled by arbitration according to the laws of Barbados.
